So, what machines need to produce heaters? Generally speaking, the heater equipment will depend on what kinds of heaters need to produce. Though the technology to produce heaters will be a little among different factories, so the machines may be a little different. However, below steps are main steps to produces heaters:
1. Cutting Pipe: cut the empty pipes into the length needed by tube cutting machine;
2. Coil the resistance wire: coil wind the resistance wire by winding machine, or on the magnesium bar, ceramic bar or mica sheet;
3. Fill Mgo Powder: put the resistance into the tube, then fill MGO powder by filling machine.
4. Reduce the pipe: shrink the pipes by pipe reducing machine, to make the MGO powder in higher density.
5. Cutting the end of the pipes: use small lathe to cut the end of the tubes.
6. Annealing the heaters: annealing the heaters by heat treatment equipment for later bending step.
7. Dig MGO powder: Dip the MGO powder at the mouth of the heaters.
8.Rod cutting: small punch to make electricity connecting ends of the two lead as long;
9. Inspection 1: high voltage meter, meter resistance, high-pressure tape detection tube, resistance value and size;
10. oven or electric oven temperature humidity discharging, small lathe for turning the head of the roll.
