Features: The transmission of this roller reducing machine is mainly designed for large diameter and long heating elements. The gearbox uses multiple sets of gears, connect with motor, to set up a group of gear reduction motors with large torque. Which will avoid when shrink large heater or long heaters, transmission is not strong enough or the motor easily damaged. Between the motor and roller shaft, it connected with gimbal, in this way, the machine will driven smoothly, and torque is increased, so the direct force to the motor and roller shaft will be lower, which will protect the motor.

Cr12Mov Rollers is one popularroll reducing machine roller. When change different size rolleres, it can reduce different size heaters. Cr12Mov Rollers is a perfer roller for many sizes heater reuduce. Especially for some large sizes heaters and small size heaters. When reduce large size heaters, for example, to reduce Φ19mm heaters, if choose Cr12Mov rollers, the roller will be not easily got cracked. While if reduce small size heaters, such as heaters smaller than Φ5mm, to make Cr12Mov rollers will be easily than tungsten carbide roller.
